Property Sales Directors / Managers / Specialists

ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is an on-site contract role for a Property Sales Directors/Managers/Specialists at Megaworld Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., to focus on the following projects:

• Prana Garden Villas at Sherwood Hills in Trece Martires, Cavite
• Tulip Gardens & Pahara at Southwoods City
• Alabang West at Daang Hari, Las Pinas City

The roles entails day-to-day tasks related to real estate sales operations, customer service, property management, team management, business development and driving of sales activities for our projects located in South Luzon area.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Sales and Business Development Skills
• Sales Operations and Customer Service Experience
• Team Management abilities
• Property Management expertise
• Excellent communication skills (both interpersonal & negotiation skills)
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Extensive knowledge of Real Estate operations
• With over 3years experience of Real Estate Sales and Marketing (For Property Sales Director)
• Has an existing sales team of 2 Property Sales Managers and 4 Property Specialists (For Property Sales Director)
• With solid real estate / investment network
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or related field
• Must completed at least 72 units in college / university
