Job Responsibilities: Recruitment Admin/Resourcing Responsibilities: B2B Outreach and Relationship Management Build and maintain a current, comprehensive database of clients and business contacts, facilitating proactive outreach and long-term relationship management. Email Campaign Management Manage email automation for engaging candidates and clients, crafting and scheduling persuasive email sequences to enhance response rates and conversions. Candidate Sourcing and Headhunting Identify qualified candidates from internal and external sources, including databases, social media, referrals, and networking events. Focus on high-caliber candidates for niche roles, collaborating with consultants to meet client needs. Actively engage passive candidates to build a pipeline for current and future job openings. Job Description Writing and Job Posting Craft job descriptions that accurately outline role responsibilities and reflect client brand values. Post these roles on job boards and other recruitment channels to attract top quality candidates. CV Writing and Converting Crafting high-quality, well-structured CVs tailored to specific industries and roles. Ensuring each CV effectively showcases a candidate's experience, skills, and achievements. Using clean, professional layouts that emphasise readability and visual appeal. Ensuring the formatting aligns with industry standards and is ATS-friendly. Ensuring all CVs are error-free and grammatically correct. Refining language to make candidates' achievements and skills compelling. Converting CVs into multiple formats (PDF, Word, or text-based) for easy application on different platforms. Adapting content for online profiles, such as LinkedIn. Call Answering Professionally answering and managing high volumes of incoming calls, greeting callers, and ensuring each interaction is friendly and efficient. Providing accurate information, answering general enquiries, and resolving basic issues to ensure a positive experience for callers. Determining the nature of each call, screening for priority or urgency, and directing calls to the correct departments or individuals. Accurately recording messages when necessary, including details such as caller's name, contact information, and purpose of the call, and ensuring timely follow-up. Handling customer complaints and issues politely, attempting to resolve them or escalating them to the appropriate personnel if required. Recording call details and updating client information in the system as needed, maintaining confidentiality and data accuracy. Assisting callers with setting up appointments, meetings, or consultations, and managing the calendar to prevent conflicts. Making outbound calls for follow-up on specific customer enquiries or to gather feedback when necessary. Social Media and Brand Support Assist in managing the company's social media presence, creating content that reflects our brand and engages potential candidates, fostering a positive online reputation. Interview Coordination and Scheduling Organise and schedule interviews, manage consultants' diaries, send out calendar invites, and ensure all logistical details are smoothly arranged to enhance the candidate experience. Database and CRM Management Maintain up-to-date candidate and client records within the CRM system, ensuring all information is accurately organized and easily accessible for efficient recruiting processes. Templating and Standardised Documentation Create and maintain standardized templates for emails, candidate assessments, and client communications, ensuring consistency and streamlining internal processes. Application Review and Funnel Management Review incoming applications from job boards, identifying suitable candidates and moving them through the recruitment funnel to ensure timely follow-up and appointment scheduling. Recruitment Process Responsibilities: Job Requirements Analysis Work with clients to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles, offering insights on market trends, salary expectations, and candidate availability. Screening and Interviewing Candidates Conduct initial phone or video screenings, followed by in-depth interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit. Coordinate with clients to schedule interviews, preparing candidates with all necessary details. Offer Negotiation and Management Act as a mediator to negotiate terms, such as salary, benefits, and start dates, ensuring alignment between client and candidate expectations. Manage counteroffers and assist both parties in closing the offer. Onboarding and Post-Placement Support Provide onboarding support to candidates, including guidance on paperwork and policies. Follow up post-placement with both candidate and client to ensure satisfaction and address any early-stage concerns. Compliance and Documentation Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies, documenting all recruitment activities and conversations for transparency and dispute prevention. Job Requirements: At least three (3) years of experience in recruitment and social media management. Preferably experienced in Real Estate Recruitment with proven sourcing abilities. Proficient in English, with clear, concise verbal and written skills. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sourcewhale, Tracker RMS, Adobe, Reed Recruiter, and Indeed is beneficial.
