Property Manager

Details of the offer

Duties and Responsibilities:

1.
Oversee day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
2.
Ensure properties are well-maintained, clean, and compliant with safety and health regulations.
3.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
4.
Manage tenant relationships to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.
5.
Oversee lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
6.
Enforce property rules and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.
7.
Prepare and manage property budgets, including operating expenses and capital expenditures.
8.
Monitor rent collection and ensure timely payment; handle delinquent accounts and collection processes.
9.
Analyze financial performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
10.
Collaborate with leasing teams to market vacant units and attract tenants.
11.
Conduct property showings and negotiate lease terms with potential tenants.
12.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
13.
Ensure compliance with local laws, zoning regulations, and property-related legal requirements.
14.
Maintain accurate records of property activities, leases, and financial transactions.
15.
Manage insurance policies and handle claims or incidents as needed.
16.
Supervise and support on-site staff, including maintenance and administrative personnel.
17.
Provide training and performance evaluations to ensure staff productivity and growth.
18.
Foster a collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

1.
Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
2.
Proven experience in property management or real estate.
3.
Knowledge of property services and facilities management.
4.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
5.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
6.
Financial acumen, including budget management and rent optimization.
7.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
