Property Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at JASA Property Holdings Inc in Baguio City for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of assigned properties, maintaining a positive relationship with tenants, managing budgets and expenses, and coordinating property maintenance and repairs.

Qualifications

Property Management and Real Estate knowledge
Excellent Communication skills both written and oral
Budget Management skills and familiarity with financial statements
Ability to prepare and coordinate lease and rental agreements
Experience in identifying and resolving tenant issues as they arise
Knowledge in maintenance management of facilities
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in real estate management, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 4 or 5 years of experience in property management
Knowledge of local property laws and regulations is a plus
