Property Manager

This position seeks an industrious professional to effectively manage rental properties either full-time or part-time in a remote capacity.
As property manager, the selected candidate will oversee day-to-day operations such as tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial accounting.
For full-time employment, remuneration is $34,800 annually or $2,900 monthly, plus commissions and shift bonuses of $15 per hour for eight working hours daily across a five-day workweek.
Alternatively, part-time arrangements offer annual pay of $17,400 or $1,450 monthly, plus comparable commissions and bonuses based on four working hours daily.
Additional forms of remuneration may include a percentage of rental incomes or repair reimbursements.
Qualified applicants should possess strong organizational abilities, a dedicated work ethic, and solid communication and problem-solving skills to handle tenant issues effectively in a remote setting.
Experience in property management, real estate, accounting, or a related field is preferable.
This is an independent contractor role with flexible hours conducive to working remotely.
