**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Data entry in accounting software
- End-of-month processing
- Customer service for tenants
- Data entry in property management software
- Reconciling bank accounts including trust account
- Daily banking
- Answer phone queries and make sure all invoices are processed
- At least 2 years of real estate experience
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of office management
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects

**Work Schedule**: Monday - Friday (10pm - 7am)
