**JOB SUMMARY**
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide Administrative Services
- Records all permit fees for Department and verifies turnover of all amounts of money to the Treasurer.
- Processes all invoices for payment, prepares vouchers, and monitors expenditures
- Maintains adequate inventory of office supplies, orders supplies as needed, and processes payment for them.
- Verifies hours worked by office staff, record employee vacation, sick, personal time; processes special payments such as longevity and overtime; prepares weekly payroll
- Responds to inquiries, requests for reports and complaints from internal and external customers.
- Issues occupancy permits for completed buildings upon authorization from inspectors.
- Filing, Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Performs similar or related work as required.

- building administration: 2 years (preferred)
- Real Estate or Construction Company: 1 year (preferred)
