Job Description Description Develop and manage investment strategies for Bilkenn Corporation's real estate portfolio. Analyze market trends to maximize investment returns and mitigate risks. Negotiate property acquisitions, dispositions, and oversee due diligence processes. Build relationships with investors, stakeholders, and industry professionals. Collaborate with property management teams to optimize asset performance. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all investments. Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review. Requirements Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Experience Level: 1-3 years of proven experience in property investment, real estate management, or a similar role. Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in real estate market analysis, telemarketing, negotiation, and financial acumen. Ability to use property management software. Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee property investment portfolios, conduct market research, develop investment strategies, and liaise with clients and stakeholders. Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits and client meetings. May require flexible hours. Qualities and Traits: Excellent communicator, analytical thinker, decisive, with strong leadership and organizational skills.
