About the Client: We are a growing company focused on Airbnb arbitrage, seeking a motivated Property Finder VA to help source rental properties. You will be part of a dynamic team, contributing to the expansion of our property portfolio across the West and East Coast markets in the U.S.
Property Sourcing: Research and identify rental properties on platforms like Zillow, Redfin, and other rental apps that are suitable for Airbnb arbitrage.Data Compilation: Enter property details into a spreadsheet with accuracy, adhering to the provided criteria.Market Focus: Focus on sourcing properties primarily from West and East Coast U.S. markets.Research: Pay close attention to rental descriptions to identify any Airbnb restrictions.Communication: Initially, no direct contact with landlords; however, future responsibilities may include calling landlords for deal negotiations.Design Assessment: Evaluate property aesthetics to identify listings that have potential for Airbnb. Reporting: Provide regular updates and maintain clear communication with the client. Coachability: Ability to listen to feedback and implement changes effectively.Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to accurately follow criteria and identify property details.Fluent English: Strong reading comprehension and clear communication skills are essential.Basic Design Eye: A good sense of aesthetics to help evaluate property appearance and suitability.Preferred Skills:Experience with Zillow, Redfin, or other rental listing platforms.Basic understanding of Airbnb and rental property sourcing.
