Maintain accurate records of stock items, update inventory levels, and perform regular stock audits to ensure accuracy.Monitor stock levels, reorder supplies as necessary, and prevent overstocking or stock outs.Oversee the receipt of incoming goods, inspect them for damage or discrepancies, and ensure they are stored correctly.Process orders, pick and pack items, and ensure timely dispatch of goods to the relevant departments or customers.Maintain proper documentation for all stock movements, including receipts, transfers, and disposals.Ensure that the stockroom is well-organized, clean, and safe, and that stock is stored in a manner that allows for easy access and retrieval.Generate regular reports on inventory status, stock movements, and any issues related to stock management.Work with the procurement team to coordinate deliveries and returns, and with other departments to forecast inventory needs.
