Property Assistant

JOB OBJECTIVES
As a Property Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property management, assisting with day-to-day operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our properties.
This position requires a detail-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously also requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as sorting mail, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
2.
Conduct actual site-to-site visits as directed by the Head of Management.
3.
Creating organizational systems to support accurate record keeping, efficient financial transactions, and prompt renter complaints.
4.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital platforms and in person.
5.
Attention to detail.
6.
Effective time management, including prioritization of time-sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines.
7.
Organizational skills.
8.
Knowledge of regional and national real estate laws and guidelines for property.
9.
Proficiency with word processing software and other related tools.
10.
To file and maintain file keeping and other office duties.
11.
To undertake any other duties by multitasking commensurate with the post as directed by the Head of Management.
