Property And Fleet Officer

Candidates should have experience in Facilities and Fixed Assets Management and Vehicle/Fleet Management
Preferably male

Mon-Fri (8 AM – 5 PM)
Quezon City

Key Responsibilities:
Property Management:

Assist in the maintenance and management of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and comply with safety standards.
Coordinate property inspections and repairs, liaising with contractors and service providers.
Maintain property records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and tenant communications.
Support tenant relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to property management.
Fleet Management:

Assist in managing the organization's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Track vehicle usage, mileage, and fuel consumption to optimize fleet performance.
Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including repairs, maintenance, and accidents.
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
Administrative Support:

Prepare reports on property and fleet performance metrics, presenting data to management as needed.
Assist in budgeting and financial tracking related to property and fleet operations.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment related to property and fleet management.
Handle administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or fleet management.
Familiarity with property management software and fleet management systems is a plus.
