Job Description

**They would have experience in the following areas**:
Creating an Assured Shorthold Tenancy with all relevant documents and signing up Tenants online using electronic signature software like DocuSign
Registering deposits
Serving s21 and s8 notices and preparing forms for Court
Chasing up arrears of rent
Filing documents as they come in
Dealing with the type of matters you get when managing a portfolio of properties.
For example telling the Council and Utility Companies when a tenant moves out and when a new tenant moves in, dealing with enquiries from Tenants or others about their properties, booking in contractors to carry out work, etc
If they have experience of back-office matters that would also be helpful.
For example, arranging insurance for properties or monitoring direct debits or ensuring company vehicles are insured and taxed, etc
Qualifications And Requirements

Our systems use 2 main softwares, namely Xero for our accounts package and Excel for our spreadsheets which are at the core of our organisation.
If they have used Xero or a similar accounts package that would be helpful They do not need to do bookkeeping but we do access Xero for financial information.
That is not a critical requirement.
For us, this person would be best deployed in the morning say from 9am or 9.30am for 3 hours 5 days a week
