**Qualifications**:

- Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resource Development or equivalent
- Driven and Motivated
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
- With or without experience
- Willing to have a good oral and written communication skill
- Organized in terms of documents, schedule etc
- Fast learner
- Confident and Pleasant
- With Coordination skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Administering the concerns of residential leasing tenants
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from the management
- Providing administrative support
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
- Coordinating the development between the residential leasing tenants and the company
- Handling the bills of tenants like gas,electric, water bill and etc.
- Coordinating the changes the concerns of tenants to the management

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
