Property Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Ensure and keep records of property payables, monitoring the timely payment of payables and renewals of the properties.
**Responsibilities**:
1.
Timely renewal and payment of the following:
a) Property Permit and Licenses

b) Real Property Tax

c) Association Dues

d) Utilities

e) Property Insurance

f) Security, Janitorial and Maintenance

2.
Evaluating the sum insured of the Properties.
3.
Monitoring of quarterly pest control.
4.
Monitoring the liquidation and reimbursement

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Taguig City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
