The role is responsible in conducting initial assessment and qualifying sourced properties by the
relationship managers and networks.

Job responsibilities: Verify availability, profitability and salability of sourced propertiesCreate financial simulations to determine the profitability of the sourced propertiesConduct market assessment and competitor scanning to confirm salability of the sourced propertiesRecommend properties to be moved to the next process (site visit)Collate initial requirements for properties to be accepted by the acquisition unit
