Property Accountant

Knowledgeable in property level accounting, monthly reporting for multiple properties, variance analysis, and bank reconciliation
- Assist in budgeting/re-forecasting and with onboarding new properties/leases into the accounting system
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION:

- Must be a Graduate in Accountancy or Finance
- Real Estate experience is a plus
- Preferably Certified Public Accountant
- Must have understanding of accrual vs cash based accounting.
- At least 5 years of Work related experience.
**Salary**: Php40,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
