Duties and Responsibilities: Planning and overseeing a team of resident and maintenance staff.Scheduling routine maintenance like landscaping , replacing light
fixtures or changing air vents.
3. Arranging contracts for maintenance services such as trash collection,
security and landscaping.
4. Advertising vacant properties.
5. Holding viewing sessions for potential tenants.
6. Assessing tenant applications.
7. Enforcing rental terms such as collecting rental and investigating and resolving property
complaints and rental violations.
8. Reporting the property's financial status , occupancy and expiring leases to property owners.
9. Managing disputes with tenants and service suppliers.
10. Maintains records and documenting inspections, contracts, maintenance request, complaints,
damages, records of repairs, costs of repairs, maintenance costs, rent collection and insurance costs.
11. Supervising on-site employees.
12. Comply with all health and safety policies and procedures.
13. Collecting rent and other property fees from tenants.
14. Paying property expenses, including taxes, mortgages, insurance premium and
maintenance cost.
15. Grow property portfolio.
16. Improves ROI.
17. Perform other task that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
