Properties And Facilities Manager

RESPONSIBILITY:
• Lead and manage a team of resident and maintenance staff to ensure
smooth property operations.
• Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks, including landscaping, light
fixture replacements, and air vent cleaning.
• Oversee contracts for essential services such as waste collection, security,
and landscaping.
• Advertise vacant properties to attract potential tenants and ensure optimal
occupancy rates.
Conduct tenant review sessions and assess rental applications thoroughly.Enforce rental agreements, including managing rent collection and
addressing property complaints or violations.
• Provide regular reports on financial performance, occupancy rates, and
expiring leases to property owners.
• Handle disputes with tenants and service providers professionally, ensuring
resolutions are reached efficiently.
• Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, contracts, maintenance
requests, complaints, damages, repairs, and associated costs.
• Supervise on-site employees, ensuring compliance with health and safety
regulations.
• Manage financial responsibilities such as rent collections, paying property
taxes, mortgages, insurance premiums, and maintenance costs.
• Grow and expand the property portfolio, focusing on improving return on
investment (ROI).
• Perform other duties as assigned by superiors, ensuring flexibility and
responsiveness to company needs
