-Proven experience as Properties and Facilities Manager

-Planning and overseeing a team of resident and maintenance staff

-Scheduling routine maintenance like landscaping, replacing light fixtures or changing air vents.

-Holding viewing sessions for potential tenants.

-Office location : Imus Cavite

-Salary : 25K – 40K
