Project Trainer (Content Moderation)

Job Responsibilities Handles all training and nesting. Create refresher training courses based on challenges, top errors, and updates. Floor support and answers questions from associates. Publishes daily training performance reports. Daily updates and errors training to all team members. Qualifications Must have the ability to make decisions quickly based on community/platform guidelines and applicable laws. Must have resilience and be mentally prepared to review inappropriate content. Must understand the brand and relate to the sense of urgency to protect the community. Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with the use of digital platforms to review and flag inappropriate content. Above average communication skills At least 1 year of content moderation or related experience. Amenable to work on shifting schedule (both day and mid shift). Must be willing to work on-site in our office located at Imus, Cavite. College graduate is a must but those with relevant experience will be considered.
