Project Support Engineer/ Project Coordinator

Qualfications: Graduate of Civil EngineeringWith at least 2 to 3 year similar work experience Job Descriptions:

1. Monitors submission of schedule, targets and daily/weekly

accomplishment report (DAR/WAR) related to the progress of every project

and checks against contract drawings/stake out.

2. Maintains updated file/records of all applicable tests for the project.

3. Monitors and documents accomplishment of the project to ensure a valid

and accurate billing to client and payment to Subcon.

4. Validates all accomplishment records/data and performs actual site

measurements prior to payment processing of all project billings.

5. Performs audit of all project materials, supplies and other assets of

company. Makes evaluation and recommendations as necessary or

applicable.

6. Prepares Profiling and Cost Estimation of Projects/Activities and for Bids.

7. Prepares design work including Working Drawings, Contract Drawings, as

built Drawings using AutoCAD

8. Ensure compliance to requirements of Client & LGU from start to

completion/turn-over of project.
