PROJECT SITE ENGINEERS

 

Formulates, monitors, and implements project strategies and planning. Estimates the needed materials, manpower, tools and equipment for the project site and tracks all movement of projects.

 

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS-Civil Engineering, not necessarily licensed

Experienced in precast concrete methodology and pre-engineered buildings

Familiar with Rebar works, Formworks, Concreting Works

Familiar with Electrical works, Plumbing works, Mechanical works and Fire Protection

With at least 3 years? experience in Building Construction

Capable of handling different workers? attitude

Can strictly monitor Subcontractors? scopes and billings
