DescriptionValidates the project cost estimates and program of works with client's representative upon submission of proposals to the client.Assists in the procurement of services by preparing bid documents such as but not limited to bid forms, plans, and drawings and evaluating the results of bidding, quotations, and proposals.Discuss with Project Engineers additional works and change orders and prepares proper documentation.Cross-checks the canvassed prices of locally available and purchased materials against actual validated costs and/or database of cost indices and validates the pertinent documents prepared by the Project Engineer.Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.RequirementEDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Civil EngineeringExperience: Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year experience on construction or Fit-Out/Renovation Project is an advantage.Training: Preferably with COSH Training.Eligibility: Licensed Civil Engineer.HR Manager LBP Resources and Development Corporation
