Job DescriptionGMI Construction Corporation, a leader in the Architectural & Design industry, seeks a detail-oriented Project Site Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.Monitor project progress and report discrepancies to senior management.Assist in the preparation of project documentation and progress reports.Ensure quality standards are met throughout the construction process.RequirementsEducational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in site engineering or construction management, especially in fit-out projects.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in project management software, strong technical skills, and a sound understanding of design specifications.Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, strong leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.Working ConditionsPrimarily indoor settings at construction sites, requiring physical stamina.
