Job Description Review and interprets blueprints, schematic drawings, layouts and construction.Prepares technical construction specifications and methodologies.Prepares preliminary construction schedules.Conducts surveys to gather field data.Supervises daily construction activities and ensures works are in compliance with the plans and specifications.Reports and submits daily to the Construction Manager daily activity and accomplishment reports.Interprets plans and estimates actual material take-off for requisitions.Coordinates with Construction Manager to determine functional and spatial requirements of new structure or renovation, and clarifies design, specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and construction time.Prepares billing requirements.Ensures quality of workmanship.Organizes workload to ensure deadlines are met; schedules work assignments in order of priority and date received.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Operations Manager, General Manager & Higher Management. Requirements Candidate must possess Bachelor's/College Degree in any Engineering field preferably in CIVIL and Mechanical - Plumbing.At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): Must be Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Can work without direct supervision, Knows basic clerical duties, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Good in writing and listening skills.A high level of attention to detail.Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.Good organization skills.Candidate must be willing to work in DANAO, CEBU.With experience in Construction Firm is a must.
