Project Scheduling Manager

The Project Scheduling Manager is responsible for creating, updating, and coordinating project schedules. Reviews schedule created by Lead Project Schedulers. Creates resource usage model and predictions. Analyze and prepare reports to update projects on critical issues and important milestones to avoid possible delays before they occur. Works closely with team leaders to build, evaluate, and optimize project schedules.  Key Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities: Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system.Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders.Monitoring project timelines and deadlines.Identifying project schedule delays.Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports.Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules.Recommending actions to keep projects and completed on time.Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines.Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any related courseAt least 4 years of related work experience
