Job Descriptions: Develops sales plans & strategies of the in-house/sales organization.Monitors and reviews selling and marketing expenses of the in-house/sales organization vs. the budget to ensure cost effectiveness.Recommends sales policies, systems and procedures for management approval.Leads, motivates, coaches, and mentors a team of sales consultants and agents, realizing success through managing others.Manages budget and operational components of sales office.Develops effective and relevant training and development programs for consultants and agentsImplements selling programs that apply to individuals and the whole sales team.Consults and influences effectively and resolves conflict when necessary.Recruits and hires sales staff.Review staff performance for appraisals and key performance indicators.Assess the progress of staff and assisting in their professional growth.Job Qualifications: Must be a Graduate of BS Management, Mass Communication, Real Estate Management or any related course.With Great Communication Skills.Advanced Oral and Written English Skills.Expert in sales and marketing with experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.Experienced in customer relationship management.Managerial and Leadership Capacities.With exposure in Real Estate Industry.
