Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.3. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the construction market.4. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.5. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry events.6. Qualify leads and maintain a robust pipeline of potential projects.7. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our services and project capabilities.8. Create customized proposals that address client requirements and project specifications.9.
