Role Description:
• Work closely with Project Manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
• Conduct end to end recruitment, helping the project find, hire, and coach participants
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust participant pool
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Explaining project quality requirements to participants
• Perform reference checks as needed
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified participants to pull from as project progresses
• Continuously partner with project team to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
• Stay active with current with social networks, and platforms to find participants
• Sensitive data handling
• Data entry of participant information
• Reporting to Recruitment Manager (dotted line reporting to Project Manager)
• Monitoring demographic quotas
• Liaising with NCR Recruitment Team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1 year end to end recruitment experience (sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers) in volume hiring particularly for allied positions
• Proficient with MS Office
• Knowledge in any applicant tracking system is an advantage
• Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• Must be a local Resident of Laguna or Bulacan
