Project Officer

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent in written and verbal communication
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and can work under pressure
- Willing to start immediately in Hanjin and Mangan Vaka, Zambales

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for consolidating project documents from other departments and ensures all documents area accurate
- Overall monitoring of site
- Close coordination with project engineer, hemi and other department concerning the project
- Responsible for submission of weekly and monthly reports
- Generates list of blocks and lots for house construction
- Assist LGU during site inspection
- Close monitoring on the status of house construction in line with the target completion and close coordinated with other department's like loans and collection

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
