Project Officer

**Qualifications**- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excellent in written and verbal communication- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree- Ability to manage multiple priorities and can work under pressure- Willing to start immediately in Hanjin and Mangan Vaka, Zambales**Duties and Responsibilities**- Responsible for consolidating project documents from other departments and ensures all documents area accurate- Overall monitoring of site- Close coordination with project engineer, hemi and other department concerning the project- Responsible for submission of weekly and monthly reports- Generates list of blocks and lots for house construction- Assist LGU during site inspection- Close monitoring on the status of house construction in line with the target completion and close coordinated with other department's like loans and collection**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduateSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:A health and safety team conducts stringent screening and precautionary measures.
