Key Responsibilities: Communicates the project goals and objectives with government partners and stakeholders for effective and impactful project implementation. Participates in team discussions, assessments and analyses necessary for productive project implementation. Implements capacity-building interventions among LGU partners, community volunteers and other stakeholders related to PDH and GBG, and other MCC approved trainings. Conducts monitoring of activities as well as implement monitoring tools and systems related to PDH and GBG. Leads area level assessments with partners and volunteers to assess project impact, improve approaches, and identify new strategies based on context. Ensure all aspects and elements of the project (Infant and Young Child Feeding, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition, and Micronutrient Supplementation, Growth Monitoring and Promotion) are executed and rolled out to all project partners and stakeholders. Effectively implements Social and Behavior Change Communication interventions. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Nursing and Public Health (preferably with valid PRC license); At least 3 years of professional experience in working with local health and nutrition stakeholders in implementing interventions in the communities; Training or certification on Infant and Young Child Feeding, Integrated Management of Acute Malnutrition, Micronutrient Supplementation, and Growth Monitoring and Promotion; Sound understanding of the project cycle, monitoring (SMART) objectives and indicators is required; Good organizational, managerial, planning, and reporting skills.
