RESPONSIBILITIES-Observes and assesses workers, staff and the work environment for health hazards / risks.-Monitors and secures supply of first aid kits and medicines at sire.-Manages occupational and non-occupational illness and injury.-Administers first aid to prepare patient's transfer to the nearest hospital for further treatment as and when required.-Interprets and/or relays of Medical Diagnosis and treatment of patient to his/her supervisors.-Documents cases of injury and illness and the necessary interventions to prevent recurrence or minimize the impact of such.-Provides health teachings to patients/staff with health concerns.-Provides necessary data to supplement in the monthly reports.QUALIFICATIONS:-Graduate of BS Nursing, with LicenseDDTKI PRIVACY STATEMENTDDT Konstract, Inc.
