Project Manager / Virtual Assistant

As our Project Manager / Virtual Assistant, you'll be the linchpin between our clients and specialized teams.
You'll coordinate with client project managers and internal specialists to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality work across various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple client accounts
- Coordinate with client project managers to align goals and expectations
- Oversee the work of specialists, including content creators, developers, and data analysts
- Ensure project quality and timely delivery
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams
- Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact project success
- Implement and maintain project management tools and processes
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders

We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in project management or virtual assistance (3+ years preferred)
- Skilled in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with digital marketing concepts and workflows (a plus)
