Project Manager / Virtual Assistant

As our Project Manager / Virtual Assistant, you'll be the linchpin between our clients and specialized teams. You'll coordinate with client project managers and internal specialists to ensure smooth delivery of high-quality work across various disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources across multiple client accounts
Coordinate with client project managers to align goals and expectationsOversee the work of specialists, including content creators, developers, and data analystsEnsure project quality and timely deliveryFacilitate communication between clients and internal teamsIdentify and resolve potential issues before they impact project successImplement and maintain project management tools and processesProvide regular status updates to stakeholders We're looking for someone who is: Experienced in project management or virtual assistance (3+ years preferred)Skilled in using project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skillsHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environmentFamiliar with digital marketing concepts and workflows (a plus)
