POSITION PURPOSE The Project Manager job role position is the main contact point person for the assigned project and is responsible for managing and leading the overall assigned project. Project Planning and advance preparations towards smooth project execution. Coordination to the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Project Team. Manage overall assigned project in terms of Cost, Time, Quality, and Safety. Commitment to deliver on-time project completion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Main contact point person for the assigned project. Manage and lead overall the assigned project in terms of Cost, Time, Quality, and Safety. Interpret contract provisions, early to procure project materials, equipment, and tools. Prepare Project Execution Plan. Project planning and advance preparations to smooth project execution. Advance plan review and value engineering. Coordination with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and project team. Attend project meetings required (PTG) and preside weekly construction operations meetings. Prepare weekly physical and financial accomplishment reports to the management team. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the client and management team. Provides good project direction and assures on-track specific milestone target plan completion in terms of close monitoring and control of the construction schedule, project budget, construction quality, and safe environment. Resolving all construction issues and concerns. Facilitate permitting process for project requirements. Assures day-to-day smooth construction operations within the schedule, approved plans and budget, quality standards, and a safe environment. Delegation of works to respective job role descriptions to specific project site locations. Mentoring and motivating people. Evaluate and validate the subcontractor's progress billing. Change orders and reconciliation. Provides effective strategic and risk construction management planning. Commitment to delivering on-time project completion. QUALIFICATIONS Education/Certification
Graduate of Civil Engineering Licensed Civil Engineer Experience
Minimum of 5 years solid experience as a Project Manager in general construction operations from pre-construction to project completion (complete construction cycle) Required Knowledge
