Location / Shift Clark Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating software development projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our development team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in software development project management. You should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of the software development life cycle. Your task also includes: ? Lead and manage software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget ? Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and define project objectives and deliverables ? Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets ? Allocate resources and manage project teams ? Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues ? Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and clients ? Ensure requirements are effectively translated into technical specifications ? Coordinate and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions ? Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field ? Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry ? Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall ? Experience in leading and managing cross-functional project teams ? Excellent organizational and time management skills ? Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment ? Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills ? Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities ? Proficiency in project management tools and software ?
