Project Manager / Site Engineer

Skyestates Construction Corp. is engaged in the construction of multiple residential units of Monterrazas Prime, located in Monterrazas de Cebu Subdivision in Guadalupe. We are urgently looking for a Site Engineer with good trouble shooting and project management skills to be part of our team.

responsibilities:
Lead a construction project on-site from start to finish

Inspect construction quality, including quality of materials received, and installations

Coordinate delivery of materials, scheduling of subcontractors

Help source materials and suppliers, and review quotations

Minimum requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in architecture and civil engineering

Graduate in architecture or engineering course
