Job Overview As the Project Manager, Shared Services, you will play a pivotal role in enabling our target HR operating model by driving our People Shared Services (SSC) journey. You will project manage and rollout Shared Services for specific functional HR areas / geographies ensuring we deliver the project on time, on budget, with quality. This role will report to the functional line manager: Transformation Lead, Berlin within the People Operations department and dotted line to the People SSC Lead in Manila.
What You'll Do: Project Management:Take end-to-end ownership of People SSC rollout for specific functional areas and/or geographies in cooperation with the wider Transformation team and local markets.Manage project execution, resource planning, and drive efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within the transformation program.Build and enhance the blueprint for future transformation initiatives.Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:Coordinate key work streams across governance, process, performance, change (communications/training), and systems, ensuring proper governance and reporting.Foster collaboration between local markets and People Teams, ensuring alignment and coordinated efforts together with the SSC TeamWhat You'll Bring: Experience:Proven experience in project management and change management within a global HR environment (minimum 3-5 years preferred).Experience with SSC Transformation in a multinational company is a plus.Demonstrated track record in planning, developing, and executing projects for People teams at multinational companies.Skills:Strong problem solving ability, capable of independently thinking through problems, and addressing them with realistic solutionsExcellent project execution skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities successfully to meet deadlines.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders effectively.Analytical abilities for data-driven decision-making and continuous measurement of success.Strong change management skills, ability to actively listen, operate with empathyEducation:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.Language:Fluency in English is essential to the role.Work set up:Able to work hybridAble to work Central European Time ZoneAble to work PH Holiday when necessary
