Project Manager Service Now

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in telecom network inventory management or IT asset management.Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM, especially in the context of telecom inventory management.Knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB and its integration with telecom network elements and assets.PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.Experience in telecom network architecture including fiber optics, IP, microwave, and mobile networks, as well as inventory system management. Ability to customize ServiceNow workflows and processes to meet telecom-specific requirements.Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of ITIL practices, especially those related to asset management and change management.Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.Can work in Manila
