The Role Job Responsibilities Define and document the objectives, scope, requirements, and deliverables of security projects.Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and reports.Monitor and control the progress, performance, and quality of security projects.Identify and manage the risks, issues, and changes of security projects.Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, vendors, and partners on security project matters.Ensure that the security projects adhere to the company's policies, procedures, and standards.Ensure that the security projects comply with the applicable laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare industry.Provide guidance and support to the security project team members and other staff involved in security projects.Conduct lessons learned and post-mortem reviews of security projects.Who You Are Required Technical and Professional Experience Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in managing security projects, preferably in the healthcare industry.Professional certification in project management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and/or security (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CISA).Strong knowledge and understanding of security concepts, principles, and practices, such as security architecture, risk assessment, threat modeling, vulnerability management, penetration testing, incident response, etc.Strong knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry and its security challenges, standards, and regulations, such as HIPAA, HITECH, GDPR, etc.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel as required.Based in Singapore.
