In your new role you will:Plan, organize and control the project/ sub-projects with moderate complexity (up to Project classification class C), risk, impact and reach.Fully responsible for all project operational decisions and for achieving all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget).Be the key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Backend to other Infineon Divisions ( Business lines, Central Functions Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc).Form and lead the project team and assign responsibilities within the project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members.Use Infineon project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation.Drive problem-solving activities within the project using standard Ifxtrouble shooting methodologies, 8D, 5 Whys, etc.Continuously focus on project quality, assess progress and ensure that goals are met even in the face of challenges.Actively identifies and manages changes and adapts project approach accordingly while ensuring buy-in for change.You are best equipped for this task if you have:Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, etc).Project Management Professional Certification is preferred.At least 6 years of relevant working experience and 2 years of leading projects.Good project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation.Sound knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.Excellent communication skills.Excellent aptitude for collaboration, people management, negotiation and solution finding.Ability to lead the team to solve the complex problem (using 8D, Is-IsNot, FMEA, etc).BenefitsWide range of training offers & planning of career developmentInternational assignmentsDifferent career paths: Project Management, Technical Ladder, Management & Individual ContributorExempt working hours are flexible within core hours (9am-12pm & 2pm- Home office options for certain tasks or due to personal circumstances.
