Project Manager (Pic)

Project Manager responsible for the overall delivery of the design and construction of the Works. The project Manager is the key point of Contact with the Employer's Representative and shall be completely up to date and aware of all on-going design and construction matters and will be considered as the Person-In-Charge (PIC) of the Works. The Project Manager shall meet the following requirements:

? Educated to degree level (engineering) with membership of a relevant internationally recognized professional engineering body, at least 20 years post-graduate experience and at least 2 No. previous project of a similar complexity and nature.
? Sound and demonstrate ability in project management of design and built works of a similar complexity and nature.
? Relevant regional experience with understanding of applicable local and international design Codes and regulations.
