Project Manager

**1.What will be your role**

Clean Fuel is looking for ENGINEERING MANAGER who will:

- Direct and assess the daily operations of Cleanfuel' s Engineering Team
- Plan and supervise a COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION OF CLEANFUEL REFILLNG STATION (Civil, Electrical, Sanitary, and Mechanical Works) from start to finish
- Oversee Cleanfuels' both Mechanical and General Maintenance Team ensuring that all maintenance works shall be administered without any delays nor backlogs
- Oversee Mechanical Construction works that includes project implementation and coordination with General Contractor and/ or with Mechanical Contractors and Engineers
- Coordinate, assess and oversee all third-party Specialty Contractors (Signage, Glass Works, Airconditioning, etc)
- Oversee /coordinate with Cleanfuels' Leasing Department on Rentable Units Concerns.
**2.
What you bring to the table**
- Possess a degree in Engineering
- Board passer (Civil, Architecture.Mechanical)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent project management skills

**3.
Must haves**
- Proficiency in all construction methodologies and demonstrate superior teamwork and leadership abilities
- With proven experience of five years (5) as Engineering head/manager

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cainta, Rizal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Project Management: 1 year (preferred)
