Project Manager

JOB SUMMARY
Project Managers oversees all the aspect of the planning, execution, monitoring and control of the overall operations of his assigned project.
He is responsible in managing all contract negotiations and successfully complete the project with the goal of meeting schedule, meeting quality standards and staying within the proposed gross margin projections while maintaining good costumer and vendor relationship.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Provides managerial and technical supervision of the overall planning, execution,
monitoring and control of the project activities.
2.
Responsible for ensuring achievement of the Project's SHE, Quality Time & Cost
Targets.
3.
Directs the review and implementation of budgets, detailed work schedules, work
plans and manpower projections.
4.
Resolves project delay problems.
5.
Handles the organizing, staffing & updating of the project table of organization in
coordination of HR.
6.
Manages client relationships.
7.
Meets with client regularly regarding project concerns.
8.
Oversees and ensures that safety programs are properly implemented in project site.
9.
Provides regular, timely, and accurate reports to the Area Manager and Project
Director and raises issues or concern should there be any.
10.
Ensures compliance with permits, licenses, and other statutory requirements.
11.
Complies with the proper operating procedures of safety and health
standards/regulations.
12.
Supports and implements Environmental Management System with respect to their
job.
13.
Adhere to policies/procedures, Employee Code of Ethics & Conducts, and Corporate
Governance.
14.
Protects Intellectual property, company propriety & confidential information.
