Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
2. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed projects.
4. Lead and coordinate teams of contractors, architects, engineers, and other professionals.
5. Ensure that all project activities align with the agreed schedule and standards.
6. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
7. Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
8. Track expenses and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
9. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and service providers
10. Ensure projects comply with legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
11. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
12. Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project.
13. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, tenants, and senior management.
14. Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
15. Prepare and deliver detailed project reports and presentations.
16. Guide and support project team members, fostering collaboration and productivity.
17. Provide training and mentoring as needed to enhance team performance.
18. Evaluate team performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in property services or real estate.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, property maintenance, and relevant regulations.
4. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
5. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
7. Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
10. Knowledge of sustainable building practices is a plus.
