**Job Summary**: We are looking for a Project Manager for Distribution Terminal Operation Services and OTC Who will create and implement processes and frameworks to improve SEAOIL's value

1.
Lead the DTOS/OTC Project Management team that Supports the Supply Distribution Optimization leadership team through project development and management
2.
Develop database requirements and documents of the DTOS and OTC group in support of the optimization activities and initiatives
3.
Design performance reports of existing arrangements for shaping business unit strategies and activities.
4.
Makes initial recommendations on appropriate methodologies and tools to operationalize the marketing strategy
