We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver mobile app projects to join our amazing team.
If you have a strong background in managing complex software development lifecycles, particularly for AI and NLP-driven applications, and are passionate about overseeing the development and launch of mobile apps with AI-driven dictation, translation, and autocorrection features, then this job is for YOU.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.Managing the complete software development lifecycle, from initial planning and requirements gathering to final delivery and post-launch support.Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.Coordinating with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on project goals and milestones.Implementing and overseeing Agile methodologies, ensuring continuous improvement in team productivity and project throughput.Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely decision-making.Resolving conflicts, manage project dependencies, and address any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.Ensuring the successful launch of the mobile app, with a focus on meeting or exceeding user acquisition and engagement targets.Facilitating post-launch reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvement. As a Project Manager, you need to have: 3+ years of proven experience as a project manager handling Mobile AI/Machine Learning projects.Proficient with various project management tools.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex project challenges.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.Strong technical knowledge of mobile development processes, AI/machine learning technologies, and API integration.
It's not required but it would be great if you have Certifications:
PMP (Project Management Professional)CSM (Certified Scrum Master) Working Hours:
5 AM - 2 PM Philippine time or
12 AM-9 AM Philippine time
