Project Manager

Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation and time information per internal standards across multiple partners and stakeholders
Manage stakeholder relationships, including general, ongoing communications, negotiation of scope and schedule changes, stakeholder relationships, including negotiation of scope and schedule changes, flagging of key risks and current and possible issues, and ongoing progress of key risks previously flagged, issue resolution, and overall progress
Strong working knowledge of Agile Software Development Lifecycle Process, including iterative and waterfall methods
Excellent organizational and time management skills, and professionalism
Effective analytical and presentation skills
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills; ability to tailor communication to different audiences, such as management, stakeholders, users, SMEs, developers, and others
Ability to lead others to articulate additional possibly hidden needs
Ability to communicate and work effectively with both functional area experts and technical team members
Strong process analysis and documentation skills; experience on projects to develop workflow-based enterprise software
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to manage work on multiple projects with competing priorities
Advanced skills in data organization and analysis, problem solving, system and functional documentation
Experience in enterprise systems integration
